Know the moment a buyer is on your site.
CapturIQ sends structured Slack alerts the moment a lead is captured, a high-intent visitor is active live, or a sales opportunity crosses the threshold — each with full context and a one-click link to the session.

Seven alert types
Every significant moment on your site, in Slack.
CapturIQ uses Slack Block Kit for structured alerts — not plain text messages. Each alert includes the relevant context and a direct action button, so you can act on a signal without opening the dashboard.
Lead email, page, and intent — immediately
Fires the moment CapturIQ captures a lead. The alert shows the lead's email address, name (if provided), the page they were on, session duration, and intent level. One-click "View Session" button to open the full timeline.
A visitor is active right now
Sent when a visitor is actively on your site. Includes session duration and the current intent level. Useful when you want to follow up while the visitor is still in session — before they leave.
Crossed the intent threshold
Fires when a visitor's intent score crosses into "high" territory. Includes the triggering activity signal, intent level, and a visitor journey summary (e.g., "pricing → features → pricing again"). "View Session" to see the full context.
Deeply engaged — high intent and 45+ seconds
Triggers when a visitor is classified as high intent, has visited multiple pages, and has been active for 45 seconds or more. Shows the current page, total session duration, and intent level. The warmest visitors before they leave.
High intent + key page + 60s+ + 3 pages deep
The highest-signal alert. Fires when a visitor hits a key page (pricing, features), has been active for 60+ seconds, and has visited at least 3 pages. Shows page, duration, intent, journey story, and two action buttons: "View Session" and "Open Site."
2+ concurrent high-intent visitors
Fires when two or more high-intent visitors are active simultaneously. Shows the total active visitor count and the top page. "View active sessions" button opens the filtered active sessions list in your dashboard.
Snippet confirmed and working
Sent once, on the first visitor after you install the snippet. Confirms CapturIQ is live and tracking, and shows the landing page that triggered the confirmation. No action needed — just confirmation that the install worked.
Setup
Connect in two steps. No developer needed.
CapturIQ's Slack integration uses OAuth — you authorize it once, pick a channel, and alerts start flowing. Each site can be connected to a different channel.
Click "Connect Slack" in your site's settings. You'll be redirected to Slack's OAuth flow — one approval and you're done. No bots to configure, no webhooks to set up manually.
CapturIQ loads your workspace's channels. Select one — or create a dedicated #leads channel first. You can change the channel or disconnect at any time from site settings.
CapturIQ will send a test notification so you can confirm the channel is right. From that point, every captured lead and high-intent signal posts to Slack in real time.
Frequently asked
What does a CapturIQ Slack alert look like?
CapturIQ uses Slack Block Kit — structured, readable messages with labeled fields, context lines, and action buttons. Each alert includes the site name, the triggering event, relevant details (email, page, duration, intent level), and a direct link to view the session in your dashboard.
How many alert types does CapturIQ send?
Seven. New lead captured, live visitor on page, high intent visitor, hot session (deeply engaged, 45s+, multi-page), sales opportunity (high intent + 60s+ + 3+ pages), multi-visitor spike (2+ concurrent high-intent visitors), and first visitor (snippet confirmed live).
Can I send different sites' alerts to different Slack channels?
Yes. Each site has its own Slack integration settings. Connect a different channel per site so the right team gets the right alerts — without routing everything through one shared channel.
Can I control which alert types get sent?
Yes. From site settings you can enable or disable individual notification types. If you only want alerts for captured leads and sales opportunities — not every high-intent visitor — you can configure that per site.
Does CapturIQ also send email notifications?
Yes. CapturIQ sends email notifications in parallel with Slack. You can use both, or just one. Email alerts include the same lead and intent context as the Slack alerts.
